Setting the Industry Standard
The newest additions to this building include a service drive for customers to bring their cars into the shop without having to leave their vehicle- A large lobby with a computer station for those who like to work while waiting on their vehicles, and an upstairs classroom which can be used to connect with our amazing community. This facility was created to set a new standard in the automotive industry, and we are excited to offer this space to help serve our customers.

Had an oil change done at the North Moorhead store. To my pleasant surprise, Service Advisor, Keylie Berry, was there! We had done service in the past at the 43 1/2 St S Fargo location, where Keylie was at the time. Wonderful customer service experience. She's so fun to work with. Very professional. Very courteous. Explains your vehicle's service recommendations very well. I'd definitely recommend any vehicle service or maintenance to be done at Matt's Automotive!

Outstanding Service! Took care of me and my car when it broke down 3 and half hours from home. Thank you to both Moorhead and Columbia Heights service centers for working together to get us home.They even fixed my tire for me!

It is so refreshing to work with professional, honest mechanics. I received a detailed estimate, with photos and video and then was able to discuss, accept, or postpone any of the suggestions. Definitely the finest shop in the Fargo area. We were broken down and they communicated proactively and regularly about the progress. Feel very lucky to have connected with them.Even better they followed up to check in on the status of the repair.WELL DONE!!!!

Matt’s Team is impressive and professional! We have been coming here for over a decade because we trust the impeccable professionals at Matt’s. This time my son had a mishap with an emergency break and I called for help! This team took my vehicle right in and checked it out for any issues in the breaks as well as explaining some needed fluid replacements. My vehicle was in and out and the experience was again so impressive! The service and mechanics at Matt’s are top notch! 5 Star Service!!!

Absolutely above and beyond all my expectations! The thorough complimentary inspection is highly detailed and with a report you can view right on your phone. They know exactly what they’re doing, will suggest routine maintenance and also if they find something they show actual pictures of it. Manager was above and beyond helpful explaining everything. Price may be a little higher than some anticipate but, like they say if you want experienced and thorough expert service and have things done the right way it’s well worth it! I may have found my new favorite place!

They were very thorough with the work and everything provided was quick. The techs took pictures of everything while fixing my steering shaft and I got text updates every step of the way. Service counter made me feel welcome to be there & took time to explain if I had questions.

Really impressed with the curtesy of this shop. Car runners were gone for the day and the service manager took time to bring me home himself and pick me up after my car was completed. Gave the inside of my car a nice wipe down when they were done. Really easy shop to work with. Super understanding of your time and will try their best to work with the time you have. I’ll be making this my forever shop.

If you need auto service, look no further than Matt’s Auto in Pine City! The service team never fails to give excellent mechanical service and exceptional customer service!!Yesterday I brought my auto in for an oil change as well as for diagnostic testing and other service. I received a very friendly welcome to the shop. I spoke to the Shop Foreman, Tom. My car had one complicated issue that Tom explained in laymen’s terms that made the repair simple to understand. He deserves a medal for patience!Erik and Jager, two of the mechanics who worked on the car yesterday, provided excellent mechanical service. Shout out also to Jimmy, the other mechanic who makes up part of the incredible team. They all seem dedicated to providing the best possible service for their customers and appear to really enjoy their jobs.5 stars!

Matt's Automotive did a great job from the moment we walked in the door. They were straight forward about all the repairs that needed to be done. Chris explained all that needed to be done and we were kept informed. So happy to have our truck done and running like new again.

Thank you to Chris and the team at Matt’s Auto today! I spent all day yesterday trying to get our truck somewhere to deal with a flat. With the temps and storm brewing, I couldn’t find any tow companies that were able to help us out. I called Matt’s Auto this morning, left a message of what I was looking for, and when Chris called me back, he had a tow lined up for me and promised we’d get our truck back before the holiday weekend. They did just that! Amazing customer service, and made us feel like we were a top priority, though I am sure they were just as busy with other customers!! Happy holidays to you all, and thank you for the service you provide day in and day out!

They got me in the week before Christmas and got my car taken care of before my road trip out of state. Got a super detailed inspection as well so I know what to get worked on next. Will definitely take my car back for future repairs and maintenance!

Matts Auto thought they could take advantage of me and my mother. Went in for a battery light on my car. Came back 2 days later after being told it would be done the same day, and got charged over $300.00 plus it never got fixed. We went to a local repair shop. He fixed the issues right away. Just a bad wire. took half hour. Charged me only $80. Plain out simple.... Matts will rip you off.

Great place. Matt and he TEAM are extremely competent and strive to ensure customers are treated like family.They also have a goal of not "telling" what is wrong with your vehicle but instead explaining and educating on the maintenance as well as any repairs your vehicle needs.
